 Ten Zamboanga artists collaborated to showcase their works in an art exhibit on October 7, 2009 at the Garden Orchid Hotel Lobby."Solamente Zamboanga" exhibit is organized by Rameer Tawasil (Visual Arts Representative of the Local Culture, Arts & History Council of Zamboanga) and the City Mayors Office. It aims to introduce upcoming artists in the city. The exhibit is also an avenue for veteran painters to support new artists. The artists featured in the exhbit include six of Tawasil's students and four veteran artists. They are:
